Emma is a confident and outgoing woman in Baddies Inc.. She is a close friend of Judy and often offers advice to the people around her.

During a visit to Judy and Phil’s farm, she encourages Phil to think about his future. In particular, she suggests that he explore new opportunities in the city instead of staying in a rural area.
