Officer Mikami had always dreamt about being the ‘hero who saved the world’, she was so dedicated that she spent most of her childhood training to become one. However her thin and small physique had not progressed no matter how hard she trained, she was devastated. Until, the Black Moon Clan approached her. They offered to help her in becoming a hero that she dreamt of, only if she became an experiment subject for their project with Gamma. Of course, Inspector Mikami agreed right away.

The Black Moon Clan gave the reborn woman various important ‘missions’ and told her that those ‘missions’ are essential for the good of the people. Although she was a little sceptical, she kept on obeying them as she’s still keen on the idea of becoming a hero. In every mission, Inspector Mikami would infiltrate the enemy’s camp as a scout, than she uses her body to attract enemies, making love with them to stall for time.

All this was for the sake of her Hero Dream. This is just the stories having been told, and it was all part of her acting. To this day, everyone supports her regardless of the truth behind the stories, as they are all blinded by the affection they have on her.
