Island NTR Survival SS Gameplay Part 1 begins with a terrifying disaster in the middle of the ocean. What should have been a normal university trip suddenly turns into a fight for survival. The ship carrying Ikuya, Aina, and the other passengers is destroyed. With no safe way to remain aboard, the survivors are forced to abandon the ship.
Ikuya manages to escape with Aina, his childhood friend and longtime crush. The pair eventually reach a deserted island. However, their relief does not last long. They soon discover that several other survivors have also reached the island.

Youji is Ikuya’s closest friend. However, he also has feelings for Aina. Youji cannot understand why she would choose Ikuya when he believes he has more to offer. His feelings create another source of tension between the survivors.
Ryosuke is a flashy blonde student whom Ikuya barely knows. He is confident, outgoing, and openly interested in women. His personality creates another potential problem as the group tries to survive together.
Five Men and One Woman on a Deserted Island
The situation becomes increasingly complicated as the survivors realize the group consists of five men and one woman. Everyone needs food, water, shelter, and a reliable plan for survival.
At the same time, personal feelings begin to influence the group. Several of the men are attracted to Aina, while Aina’s connection with Ikuya remains central to the story.
